The ThermIT temperature loggning ­system can be used several places. Here are some examples:

Product

A ThermIT GSM or WiFi main module together with a suitable number of wireless ThermIT sensors with long or short antenna.
(If there are more than 32 sensors in one place, a ThermIT WiFi module is needed.)

  • GSM main module

     

  • Details

    - Contains a GSM modem with a SIM card and a RF receiver for transmitting temperature data from the sensors. The module is pre-programmed to transmit data for every 60 minutes to a server at ThermIT ApS.

COOLING

Use of the system

ThermIT’s temperature monitoring system is useful during food preparation to monitor and automatic document the cooling process.

 

When the food has been prepared, the cooling process, that needs to be documented, starts.

 

Insert the Insertion sensor and press the button on the WiFi+Sensor module a single time. The temperature is now saved every 15 minutes and after 3 hours (or if the temperature drops below 8°C) the process is stopped and a message is send. Follow the process on a tablet with dashboard in the kitchen. From here it is possible to identify the individual temperatures and to name them accordingly to the process, they are observing.
